Ronald, born 1980 in Vienna, Austria, is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT) and a Certified Financial Technician (CFTe). Daniel Breeze
Mr. Breeze has 20 years of technical and commercial experience across international markets.

Ms. Garrett was most recently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. (NCP), a mining exploration and development company, since June 2016. Ms. Garrett is also a Director of NovaGold Resources Inc., a gold company listed on the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange. Prior to her time at Romarco, Ms. Garrett held numerous senior positions in public mining companies including VP of Corporate Development at Dayton Mining Corporation and VP of Corporate Development at Beartooth Platinum Corporation. Sandeep Singh
Sandeep Singh joined Osisko as President in January 2020. For the fifteen years prior, Mr. Singh was an investment banker in the metals and mining industry where he advised numerous mining companies on growth and financing strategies with Maxit Capital (2014-2020), Dundee Securities (2010–2014) and BMO Capital Markets (2005-2010). David Wolfin
Mr. Wolfin brings 30 years of experience in mining and finance. He learned the business from the ground up, starting as a geologist’s assistant in Nevada, a metallurgist’s assistant at the Avino mine in Mexico and later in a number of mining and exploration-related capacities. In the late 1980s, Mr. Wolfin worked on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange and also for several brokerage houses, gaining a solid foundation in the finance side of the industry.

Gerald Panneton
Mr. Panneton is a geologist with over 35 years of experience in domestic and international exploration and development in the gold mining industry. During his career, he has played a key role in the discovery and advancement of several gold deposits worldwide. He joined Gold Terra in October 2019.
Mr. Panneton was the founder, President and CEO of Detour Gold Corporation (2006-13), where under his leadership, the Detour Lake project grew over tenfold from 1.5 million ounces in resources to over 16 million ounces in reserves and brought into production in just over six years. Frank Hallam
Frank R. Hallam has over 27 years of experience in the mining, minerals and petroleum industry as an operator, principal, and founder of several NYSE.American, TSX and TSXV corporations. His experience includes both equity and debt financing and the execution of exploration, discovery and development programs in Canada, the USA, Mexico and in six different countries in Eastern and Southern Africa. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2003) and former CFO and director until 2014 of MAG Silver Corp. Mr. Hallam was a co-founder (2005) and director of West Timmins Mining Inc. that was purchased by producing company Lake Shore Gold Corp. in 2009 for over CAD $ 400 million after the discovery of the Thunder Creek gold deposit. He served as a director of Lake Shore until the billion-dollar take-over of Lake Shore by Tahoe Resources Inc. in April 2016. Mr. Hallam currently serves as CFO & Corporate Secretary of West Vault Mining Inc.

Brent Johnson
Brent Johnson brings over twenty years of experience in the financial markets to his position as CEO of Santiago Capital.
Brent enjoyed more than nine years as a Managing Director at BakerAvenue, a $2.5 Billion Asset Manager and Wealth Management firm, with offices in San Francisco, Dallas and New York. He was the lead advisor for several of the firms largest clients.
Prior to joining BakerAvenue, Brent spent nine years at Credit Suisse in their private client group. He got his start as part of the training program at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) in New York prior to moving to San Francisco. He joined Credit Suisse in the fall of 2000 when the bank purchased DLJ.
Earlier in his career, Brent was a financial auditor for Philip Morris Management Company in New York City where he performed audits at the company’s headquarters as well as subsidiaries in Germany, Hong Kong, and Richmond, Virginia.
