Prior to joining GoGold, Mr. Hatfield served as Chief Financial Officer for Brigus Gold Corp. from 2011 to 2012, Senior Vice President Finance for AuRico Gold Inc. from 2007 to 2011 and Director of Finance with the Eastern Canada division of Sysco Corporation from 2004 to 2007, where Mr. Hatfield oversaw financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting and planning, equity and debt financings, and all operational finance functions. Prior to this he was a Senior Manager with an international accounting firm advising various public companies on Canadian and US stock exchange regulations, equity financings, and general financial management. Mr. Hatfield is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The focus of the management team for the next 12 months is to build a second mine, grow production, keep costs low, and look for opportunistic low cap, low cost projects. Announced Parrel expansion to double throughput to 10,000 tpd. Announced elimination of 12% net profit royalty with the city of Parrel. GoGold team receives Ket to City of Parrel. Completed CAD $11 M bought deal with Cantor Fitzgerald and BMO. Discovered and initiated production of high grade gold zone at SG. Commenced construction of the VAT leach system at SG. Consistently one of the lowest cost silver producers in Mexico. Second mine going into production this year with lots of exploration upside.
